Athen has closed $1M in funding to build out the platform.

We're building a tech-forward, full-service platform and services business for founders raising capital. Athen handles the operational layer that has always taken founders out of their work and into spreadsheets and law firms: business incorporation, cap table management, tax and accounting, investor services, reporting dashboards, and more. Everything a founder needs to take on outside capital, run end to end in one place.
